Zenith got CMMI3 certification in 2005, which improves organization process ability and ensures the managing ability of product development, releasing and maintenance. In the further specifying development process, Global Zenith combines CMMI3 with “standardized programming specification” which is formed in the cooperation with Japan and thus develops Global Zenith’s own organic software development system.

Global Zenith got ISO9001:2000 Quality Authentication System Certification, built intact quality system and standardized management process of software development and system integration. Meanwhile, our quality management system is client-oriented and will be improved continuously for the purpose of improving company’s overall profitability.

According to ISO/IEC20000:2005-1 standard, Global Zenith established service management system in accordance with implementation guidance of ISO/IEC20000：2005-2 . Global Zenith applied process method (PDCA), defined the application profile and the relative service management process, such as Management Auditing Control Program, Internal Auditing Control Program, New and Modified Service Program, Service Rank Management Program, Business Relation Program and Configuration Management Program. In order to meet the requirements of service management system and improve the efficiency and customer satisfaction of various service (Training, Software Outsource etc.), Global Zenith will ensure the implementation and maintenance of the services management system, and keep on improving the effectiveness of this system.

ISO/IEC27001：2005 standard is established to control the implementation and operation of information security for organization. The implementation of this standard will help Global Zenith to meet with international information security management, also help to fully protect the information assets, and increase confidence of our customers and other stakeholders.
