As the first groups of launching China Offshore Software Engineering Project(COSEP)in western enterprises, our business has extended to Hong Kong, Japan, United States and Europe, the service area has gradually changed from finance, banking, and security fields to providing outsourcing service: design, development, and testing for different clients. Software outsourcing service will be the main development direction and objective of Global Zenith.
In order to create a good environment for the development of software outsourcing industry, especially to strengthen the base construction of | outsourcing talents training, Chongqing Municipal Government has actively formulated and perfected relevant policies of software and information service outsourcing. Global Zenith received the strong support of Chongqing Municipal Government and set up software R & D base in Xiyong Microelectronic Industrial Park with the cooperation of NTT DATA which is the Japan's largest software vendors. To year 2010, it will be built as the biggest software outsourcing base in Western China and it will promote the Chongqing's software and information service outsourcing industry to get great-leap-forward development.
